This dosage contains more than 50 billion live active bacteria. Package contains 7 servings. We recommend taking the BODY&FUTURE Laboratories BIOMEFIX nutritional supplement in the morning on an empty stomach and we also recommend waiting at least 10 minutes for the drink to pass through the digestive system into the intestines, where the bacteria will start to work.
A measuring cup of 60 ml is included in the package. Shake the bottle well before opening. A volume of 420 ml is sufficient for 7 days.
