Until 31 July 2026, the online store is operated by McCarter a.s. From 1 August 2026, the new operator is BIOMEFIX s.r.o.

What the Change Means for Customers

The change of operator does not affect the scope of your statutory consumer rights or the smooth functioning of the online store. You can continue to use your customer account, make purchases, view your order history, submit complaints, and use customer support.

Orders placed before 31 July 2026 are governed by the terms and conditions in effect at the time they were placed, and requests relating to these orders may still be submitted through customer support at info@biomefix.eu.

In connection with the change of operator, BIOMEFIX s.r.o. has been provided with personal data to the extent necessary to ensure continuity of the online store’s operation, manage customer accounts, process orders and complaints, and fulfil related statutory obligations. The data continues to be processed for the original purposes in accordance with the GDPR. Marketing communication will continue only where valid and demonstrable consent exists; records of any previous unsubscribing have been preserved. McCarter a.s. may continue to retain data relating to older orders only to the extent necessary for its own statutory obligations and the protection of legal claims.

Update to Legal Documents

From 1 August 2026, new General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy take effect. Their current versions are available at www.biomefix.eu.
